麥可·瓊斯（Michael Jones，1942年－2022年1月19日）是一位在英國出生的加拿大新世紀鋼琴家與作曲家，以其即興的新世紀演奏風格而聞名。他同時也是一位作家與領導力教育家。
個人生活
瓊斯出生於英格蘭薩里郡，成長於安大略省的基秦拿，後來遷至昆士頓。他於2022年1月19日在安大略省奧里利亞的瑪利波沙安寧療護院（Mariposa House Hospice）逝世，享年79歲。
職業生涯
瓊斯的首張專輯《Pianoscapes》由新成立的 Narada 唱片公司發行。該專輯銷量超過十萬張。此後，他發行了十多張鋼琴音樂專輯。1990年，他舉辦了一場巡迴音樂會。
他出版了三本關於創意領導力的書籍；最近的一本是《The Soul of Place: Re-imagining Leadership Through Nature Art and Community》。瓊斯曾是商業與領導力網站《Management - Issues》的專欄作家。他經常將其職業生涯的兩個面向結合，在領導力會議上演奏自己的作品。
2015年，瓊斯共同主持了瑪利波沙圓桌會議（Mariposa Roundtable），這是一項旨在透過增加觀光旅遊業來改善奧里利亞經濟的倡議。
