蘇穆羅伊弓趾虎（學名：Cyrtodactylus sumuroi）是壁虎科的一種壁虎。本物種為菲律賓薩馬島的特有種。
詞源
其種小名sumuroi是為紀念菲律賓英雄阿古斯丁·蘇穆羅伊（Agustín Sumuroy，亦稱胡安·蘇穆羅伊），他於1649年領導了一場反抗西班牙殖民的起義。
