短頭矛蜥

短頭矛石龍子（學名：Acontias breviceps），又稱短頭無足石龍子，是一種胎生、無足、穴居的蜥蜴，分佈於南非大斷崖的南部與東部地帶。牠們體長可達。

此石龍子最初於1925年由羅伯特·艾塞克斯（Robert Essex）在東開普省阿馬托拉山脈的霍格斯貝克（Hogsback）採集，海拔約。另一個不連續的族群則存在於德蘭士瓦龍山山脈。艾塞克斯為格雷厄姆斯敦的奧爾巴尼博物館（Albany Museum）進行採集，但1941年的一場火災摧毀了大部分標本和紀錄。
