`Hydrophis obscurus`，俗稱羅素海蛇，是眼鏡蛇科下的一種有毒海蛇。
分布
此蛇種分布於印度洋（印度、緬甸 [舊稱Burma]、孟加拉）及泰國，也可能在斯里蘭卡發現。
