希拉·科爾曼

希拉·科爾曼（Hila Colman，1909年7月21日－2008年5月15日）是一位美國作家，其職業生涯橫跨四十年，作品涵蓋雜誌文章、小說和電視劇。科爾曼主要為兒童和青少年寫作，創作了超過70本書。她也曾為《NBC午間劇場》和《ABC課後特別節目》撰寫劇本。

科爾曼的職業生涯始於在國家戰爭救濟局的寫作工作。1947年，她在《星期六晚郵報》上發表了第一篇文章，這是一篇關於父親應在家庭生活中扮演何種角色的評論文章。在轉向小說創作之前，她持續為多家女性雜誌撰稿。她於1977年出版的自傳作品《Hanging On》，詳細描述了在其丈夫中風後，她如何在他生命的最後一年裡照顧他。
