亞歷山大孟氏蜥虎是瞼虎科（Sphaerodactylidae）的一種蜥蜴。該物種原生於南美洲北部。
詞源
其種小名「alexandermendesi」是為紀念蓋亞那商人亞歷山大・孟德斯（Alexander Mendes），以表彰他對來訪博物學家的幫助。
地理分佈

描述
亞歷山大孟氏蜥虎的吻肛長（SVL）可達。其眼上方的眶上皮瓣上有一根非常細長的棘刺。
