巴德·布里斯布瓦

奧斯汀·迪恩·「巴德」·布里斯布瓦（Austin Dean "Bud" Brisbois，1937年4月11日 – 1978年6月1日）是一位美國爵士樂與錄音室小號手。他的演奏風格涵蓋爵士、流行、搖滾、鄉村、摩城及古典音樂。

職業生涯

布里斯布瓦出生於明尼蘇達州伊代納，12歲開始學習小號。他主要靠自學成才，據說在高中畢業前就已掌握大部分的音域。他曾短暫就讀於明尼蘇達大學，隨後搬到洛杉磯，除了巡迴演出外，他大部分時間都住在那裡。1958年9月，他加入了史坦·肯頓的管弦樂團，接替了原為梅納德·佛格森編寫的「尖叫」（scream）樂段，並擔任大部分的首席小號演奏。布里斯布瓦跟隨肯頓的樂團巡迴演出直到60年代初，錄製了超過30張專輯。大約在1963年，他離開肯頓，開始在洛杉磯的錄音室工作。

1973年初，布里斯布瓦組建了名為「Butane」（丁烷）的搖滾樂團，由他自己擔任主唱和小號手。在接下來的兩年裡，他們錄製了一張試聽帶並定期演出，還在1973年7月27日播出的熱門電視節目《午夜特集》中表演。該樂團從未獲得唱片合約，最終解散。

1970年代初期，Holton公司推出了一款「巴德·布里斯布瓦型號」的小號，型號為ST-200（.456英吋管徑，較薄的一體式喇叭口）。
