《Blessed Are...》是瓊安·拜亞的第十二張錄音室專輯（總體第十四張），也是她與 Vanguard Records 合作的最後一張專輯，於 1971 年 7 月發行。專輯中收錄了她翻唱自 The Band 樂團的熱門歌曲〈The Night They Drove Old Dixie Down〉，以及 Kris Kristofferson、披頭四樂團、Jesse Winchester 和滾石樂團的歌曲，此外還有大量拜亞自己的創作。與前幾張專輯一樣，這張專輯在納什維爾錄製，並帶有明顯的鄉村音樂風格。

最初的黑膠版本以雙專輯形式發行，還附贈一張 7 吋 33⅓ 轉唱片，收錄了〈Maria Dolores〉和 Woody Guthrie 的〈Deportee〉。她將後者獻給全世界的農民，並補充道：「願他們能早日不再是受害者。」在 CD 版本中，這兩首歌曲被收錄在另一張光碟上，因為紅皮書標準不允許將它們全部放在一張 80 分鐘的光碟中。

這是拜亞為 Vanguard 唱片公司錄製的最後一張錄音室專輯，她已與該公司合作了十一年之久，並於 1972 年初與 A&M 唱片簽約。
