史汀與警察合唱團超級精選

《The Very Best of... Sting & The Police》是 A&M 唱片於 1997 年 11 月 3 日發行的一張精選輯，收錄了警察合唱團（The Police）的歌曲和史汀（Sting）的個人作品。專輯最初收錄了一首新曲，即饒舌歌手尚恩·「普菲」·庫姆斯（Sean "Puffy" Combs）對 1978 年歌曲 "Roxanne" 的混音版。該專輯於 1998 年由寶麗金國際（PolyGram International）重新發行，移除了 "Russians" 並新增了三首曲目："Seven Days"、"Fragile" 和 "De Do Do Do, De Da Da Da"。而由 A&M 唱片發行的此精選輯原始歐洲版本，則是在未移除 "Russians" 的情況下加入了這幾首歌曲。

2002 年，環球唱片（Universal）發行了一個更新版本，曲目列表有幾處變動：歌曲 "Let Your Soul Be Your Pilot"、"Russians" 和 "Roxanne '97 (Puff Daddy Remix)" 被刪除，並由 "Brand New Day"、"Desert Rose" 和 "So Lonely" 等歌曲取代。"Brand New Day" 和 "Desert Rose" 是在 1997 年原版《Very Best Of》發行後才錄製的，收錄於 1999 年的專輯《Brand New Day》。
