《Before the Frost...Until the Freeze》是美國搖滾樂團 The Black Crowes 的第八張錄音室專輯。此專輯於 2009 年 2 月底至 3 月初，在紐約州伍茲塔克 Levon Helm 的工作室 The Barn 進行現場觀眾錄製。
這張專輯由樂團的長期合作夥伴 Paul Stacey 製作，並由 Silver Arrow Records 發行。CD 本身的設計模仿了黑膠唱片的外觀。最初，這張雙專輯中只有 Before the Frost 的部分以 CD 形式提供，購買 CD 會附贈一組代碼，可用於從 The Black Crowes 官網下載 Until the Freeze 的部分。黑膠版本也同步發行，收錄了所有相同的歌曲，但曲目順序不同。《Before the Frost...Until the Freeze》是樂團最後一張收錄了長期合作鼓手 Steve Gorman、吉他手 Luther Dickinson 和鍵盤手 Adam MacDougall 原創作品的專輯。
