《The Sorrowjoy》是 Heather Nova 的一張詩歌專輯，於2006年3月發行。此專輯最初僅在「Intimate Evening」巡迴演唱會等演唱會場合，以及由粉絲經營的網站 HeatherNova.Net、HeatherNova.De 和官方網站 HeatherNova.Com 上販售。

這張專輯收錄了 Heather Nova 朗讀其同名詩集（）中的45首詩作中的44首，並由 Felix Tod 編排環境音樂作為配樂。書中唯一未被錄製進CD的詩是〈The Wonder Is Returning〉。

部分配樂由簡單的音效構成，例如在詩作〈Soon Alaska〉中可以聽到的風聲音效。其他音樂則實際上取自 Heather Nova 的歌曲，例如在〈Six Years Behind〉中可以聽到的音樂便來自歌曲〈Sugar〉。大部分音樂的來源不詳，很可能是 Felix Tod 的原創作品。

來自《The Sorrowjoy》的曲目〈The Wave〉收錄在 Nova 2011年的EP《Higher Ground》中。
